She's been helping out for 20 years

Belle Sorokin spends a few hours every Wednesday volunteering with the Lee Memorial Health System Seniors Health Activities Resource Education - also known as the SHARE Club.
She assembles File of Life kits, which include a booklet designed to provide emergency personnel, such as paramedics and EMTs, with necessary medical data to begin immediate treatment. She began volunteering with Lee Memorial Health System 20 years ago and has no intention of stopping any time soon.
At 97 years old, Belle is the oldest volunteer at Cape Coral Hospital. She started volunteering to keep busy, but soon realized that it allowed her to focus on someone other than herself. Her doctors encourage her to keep volunteering for as long as she is able, and she feels lucky to be healthy enough to continue. http://www.news-press.com/article/20100829/NEWS0101/8290308/1003/ACC/Woman--97--keeps-busy-at-Cape-Coral-Hospital
